Les actionnaires de Pixar Animation Studios Inc ont approuvé vendredi le rachat de la société par Walt Disney Co. pour une valeur de 7,4 Milliards de dollars. Steve Jobs, cofondateur de Pixar, qui en détenait environ 50,6%, est maintenant l’actionnaire individuel le plus important de la Walt Disney Co. avec près de 7% du capital.
